Smoked ham pie | Method of preparation

For dough:

  • 500 gr of flour
  • 200 ml of yoghurt
  • 10 tablespoons of oil
  • an envelope of baking powder
  • a teaspoon of vinegar
  • a pinch of salt.

For the filling:

  • 300 g of cabbage
  • an onion
  • 200 gr of smoked hen
  • oil
  • pepper
  • salt
  • It prepares itself as follows:

Roll the chopped onion for a few minutes in a spoonful of oil, put the broth into cubes, then add chopped cabbage small and rubbed with salt and a cup of warm water. Allow everything to boil under a low heat for 15 minutes, and finally match the taste of salt and pepper and leave to cool.

Put the yogurt over the flour, add the baking powder, vinegar, a salt of salt and knead well. The oil is gradually incorporated to obtain a resilient dough.

It is spread in a thin sheet, over which is placed the composition with quality cabbage. Run the dough and put the pie in a greased oil pan.

Put it in the oven for 30-40 minutes until it rinses.
