Plum cake Preparation and ingredients

To prepare a plum cake you need:

  • A cake board with a chocolate sauce
  • 100 gr of plums from the compote
  • 25 gr whipped cream
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 250 gr of sweet cheese
  • 100 gr of cream
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • 6 sheets of gelatin
  • lemon juice

For garnish:

  • 20 plums
  • glaze according to preference

Mix the sweet cheese with cream, vanilla sugar and lemon juice, then divide the composition into two parts. Punch plums from the compote and stir vigorously with half of the cheese composition.

Soak 3 sheets of gelatin in cold water, drain gelatin, mix thoroughly with a spoonful of plum, and then heat in a pot.

Add the rest of the plum quickly, pick up the pot and add half of the whipped cream. The obtained composition spreads over the rough pot and is placed in the refrigerator for half an hour. Leave the remaining gelatin in cold water, then drain and mix quickly with the remaining sweet cheese and the remaining cream.

The obtained composition is spread in a uniform layer over the refrigerator cake, then put it all cold for 3 hours.

Garnish plums are cut into halves, the kernels are removed and placed on the cake. Pour over the preference on top and place the cake in the refrigerator for half an hour.
