Favorite recipes – Meat-donuts

Meat donuts:

What you need:

  • 4 large potatoes
  • a tablespoon of milk
  • a teaspoon of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2-3 teaspoons of breadcrumbs
  • 400g of minced meat (beef, pig, mixed)
  • an onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • a bell pepper
  • a spoonful of broth
  • oil
  • salt.

How is it prepared:

The potatoes are cleaned from the bark, washed, cubed and boiled in salt water, then, when ready, they drain and pass as if for pyruria. Add eggs with milk and a salt knife tip. Put bread until the composition is tight.
The minced meat is very well mixed with chopped pepper, chopped onion, crushed garlic and broth, then everything is cooked at the right heat. From the potato composition, donuts are formed, in the middle of which is minced meat. Fry in hot oil and take off the absorbent napkins to leave the excess fat, but they can also be baked in the oven in a paper tray with baking paper. They can also boil.
